Loving Kindness on The Stage

I would like to thank you.

We were attending those precious teachings from that wonderful Lama, the room was plenty of people, you greeted and hugged me. Many were looking.

The teachings ended, we left the place. Later on we walked toward each other in the park. We were in front of each other, you avoided eye contact, you avoided me.

I didn't like that.

Years later I can assure that you don't like being avoided in the same way either. I would also assure that you can't forgive it, because it is very painful for you to be treated that way.

We are a Buddhist failure. Aren't we?

Hello I am Here in Front of You

I have been in front of you for so many times but you couldn't see me.

You are my Dharma Brother and you are my Dharma Sister.

You give speeches about Loving Kindness. You also write books to help others to develop compassion.

So why I am invisible to you?

Yesterday I met the Lama on the street, we greeted each other and chatted.

Why it is not possible to do the same when I see you?
